VBSO advises on Tradepay FIDC series backed by Trademaster
VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in connection with the public offering of the 10th series of senior-class quotas issued by FIDC Tradepay Varejo I – Responsabilidade Limitada, which invests in receivables assigned by Trademaster Instituição de Pagamento, Serviços e Participações.
