VBSO and Monteiro Rusu act in the issuance of Banco John Deere
VBSO acted as legal advisor of the issuer and Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Itaú BBA, in the 4th public issuance of financial notes of Banco John Deere.
The transaction was structured according to CVM’s Resolution 8 in the total amount of R$ 700 million.
