VBSO announces new partner for M&A and Corporate Law
VBSO Advogados announced the arrival of partner Renata Simon (pictured), who will be responsible for coordinating the M&A and Corporate department of the firm, working in partnership with partner Amanda Visentini Rodrigues.
With over 20 years of experience in M&A transactions, Renata has a law degree from PUC-SP, an LL.M. from Columbia School of Law, and specialization in the Harvard Negotiation Program.
Renata previously worked at Candido Martins Advogados.
