VBSO announces two new partners for the tax law department
VBSO announced the promotion of attorneys Diogo Olm Ferreira (pictured left) and Vinicius Caccavali (pictured right) to partners in tax law department. Both began their journey with us 13 years ago, starting as interns.
Over time, they have become professionals with technical excellence, recognized by the market, and have contributed to the continuous growth of the firm. From now on, they will coordinate the department’s activities alongside partners Paulo Vaz and Mário Shingaki.
Diogo Olm Ferreira holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Law from USP and advises companies on complex tax issues, both from a consultative and litigious perspective. He has distinguished himself in addressing specific issues related to the energy sector and in analyzing the tax impacts on infrastructure
projects and the structuring of financial investments, including through the use of tokenization mechanisms.
Vinicius Caccavali holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from FGV, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mackenzie, and has Specializations from Insper and FIPECAFI. He has been practicing Tax Law for over 15 years, especially in matters involving administrative and judicial proceedings. He also stands out in topics related to Agribusiness Taxation, both in consulting and litigation matters.
