Veirano act as deal counsel on the Lwart’s commercial note issue
Veirano act as deal counsel on the public offering of the 1st issuance of commercial notes of Lwart Soluções Ambientais, in a single tranche, in the total amount of BRL 150 million.
Lwart Soluções Ambientais is a 100% brazilian company, specialized in transforming used lubricant oil into new oil again. Lwart Soluções Ambientais leads the national market and are a global reference in the production of base oil from used or contaminated lubricant oil (OLUC).
The totality of the net proceeds raised from the issuance will be allocated to the ordinary management of the issuer’s business.
Veirano Advogados advised the lead underwriter Banco Bradesco BBI and the issuer Lwart Soluções Ambientais and relied on senior associate Victor Henrique Baptistin (pictured), associate Felipe Tenerelli and legal assistant Vitoria Magno Lucindo Mazetto Bianchi Costa.
