Veirano act on transaction between Belmont and Rima Industrial
Veirano Advogados advised Belmonte Solar Holding on the signing of a share purchase agreement, through which Rima acquired shares representing 90% of the voting capital of Belmonte I Parque Solar, for the joint operation of photovoltaic projects to meet Rima’s electricity consumption needs.
The projects are located in the municipality of São José do Belmonte, in the state of Pernambuco, and have an installed capacity of approximately 152.3 MW.
The closing of the transaction is now subject to approval by CADE.
