Veirano acts on commercial notes issued by Autoviação 1001

Veirano Advogados advised UBS BB Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Autoviação 1001 on its first issuance of commercial notes, in the total amount of BRL 71 million.

The net proceeds obtained by the issuers will be fully allocated to general investments in the issuer.
