Veirano adds new capital market partner

Veirano Advogados announced that Daniela Anversa has joined the firm as a partner in the private equity and capital markets practice group

Daniela Anversa joined from Banco Rabobank International Brasil where she was director and head of the legal department. At the bank, her focus included regulatory matters, as well as structuring and issuances of agribusiness securities and other forms of soft commodities and trade finance financing.

Prior to this in-house role, Anversa practiced law at Pinheiro Netto for about 15 years, four of those years as a partner. 

Anversa is a graduate of Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and was also a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in 2004.
