Veirano advise Aggir Ventures on its co-investment in Covalenty

Veirano Advogados advised Aggir Ventures on its co-investment in a BRL 15 million equity financing round of Covalenty, a technology platform that streamlines the purchasing and restocking processes of independent pharmacies in Brazil.

The round was led by Astella Investimentos, with Aggir Ventures joining as co-investor, bringing to the company its sector-specific expertise in digital health and access to a broad healthcare network.

Veirano advised Aggir Ventures and relied on partner Guilherme Ohanian Monteiro (pictured) and associate Carolina Figueiredo Tamm Villela.
