Veirano advise F.AB. Zona Oeste on debenture issue
Veirano advised F.AB. ZONA OESTE on the public offering of simple, non-convertible debentures, with additional personal guarantee, in a single series, of its 7th issuance, in the total amount of BRL 65 million, with the intermediation of by Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, which was advised by Machado Meyer Advogados.
The personal guarantee was provided by the issuer’s shareholders, BRK Ambiental Participações and Saneamento Ambiental Águas do Brasil.
