Veirano advise Kinea on the acquisition of a stake in Greentech
Veirano Advogados advised Kinea on the investiment in order to acquire up to 48,5% of the equity stake in Greentech Locação Intralogística, which was advised by Meirelles Bruschini Cunha Advogados (MBC Advogados)
The transaction value was not disclosed.
