Veirano advise Mills on the acquisition of assets of Next Rental
Veirano Advogados advised Mills Pesados, Locação, Serviços e Logística, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mills, on the acquisition of certain assets of Next Rental Locações, including the contracts and the respective revenues associated with the transferred assets, as well as other equipment and rights.
In order to complete the transaction, the parties must obtain the approval of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), as well as comply with certain customary conditions precedent. The approximate value of the transaction was BRL 180 million.
