Veirano advise on issuance of quotas by Pátria Investimentos

Veirano acted as deal counsel in the public offering of quotas of the 1st issuance of Pátria Crédito Infra Renda Fundo de Investimento Financeiro em Cotas de Fundos Incentivados de Investimento em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa, a infraestructure investment fund managed by Patria Investimentos, in the amount of BRL 33,4 million.

ABC Brasil DTVM and Oriz Assessoria Financeira acted as underwriters.

Veirano relied on partner Ingrid Thomas Hessling (pictured), associates Ana Beatriz Bomtorin Boucault, lawyer Gabriella Souza and intern Daniela Wajnberg Sardelli.
