Veirano advise on the issuance of CRA by Virgo
Veirano Advogados advised on the issuance of 50,000 Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) by Virgo Companhia de Securitização, in the total amount of BRL 50 million, in a single tranche of the senior class, and in a single tranche of the subordinated class.
The issuance of the CRA was backed by agribusiness receivables resulting from Financial Rural Product Notes issued by CFL Agro.
CFL Agro’s area of expertise is cattle raising for beef production for the commercialization of their parts.
