Veirano advised Fragon on two acquisitions. The fist is the acquisition of Injeplast, located in São Paulo, Brazil, a GMP-certified, vertically integrated producer of plastic packaging that offers high-quality packaging solutions and efficient manufacturing processes.
The second one is the acquisition of Purifarma, located in São Paulo, Brazil, a supplier of raw materials for the compounding pharmacy sector.
