Veirano Advogados advised Banco Vipal S/A from Vipar Participações S.A. and minor shareholder. that was 100% acquired by Banco Master.

The operation was approved by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade).

The acquisition of Banco Vipal will be an opportunity for Banco Master to use the licenses and authorizations held by Banco Vipal to enter the investment market for high-income individuals more quickly.
