Veirano advises CEI on its sale to SOE Operações Escolares

Veirano Advogados advised CEI – Centro de Educação Integrada which was acquired by SOE OPERAÇÕES ESCOLARES (a company of the Eleva group).

With the acquisition of 49% of the shares issued by CEI, SOE reaches 100% of the company’s capital stock.

Veirano Advogados advised the sellers and relied on partners Marcos C. Rocha,(pictured left) Maria Cecilia Vieira (pictured right), and the lawyer Thaisa Costa.

Gotlib Massara Rocha Advogados advised the buyer and counted with the partner Renzo Gotlib
