Veirano advises Citrino Ventures on investment in Infleet
Veirano Advogados advised Citrino Ventures (through CV Idexo FIP Multiestratégia Investimento no Exterior) that was the co-leader in an investment round of Infleet Soluções em Tecnologia, a Brazilian company focused on logitics and fleet management software. Citrino Ventures invested through a convertible loan.
Amount of the investment round was of BRL R$5 million and the investment was made by Citrino Ventures and other follower investors.
Veirano Advogados advised Citrino and relied on partner Guilherme Monteiro (pictured); associate Pâmela Pinheiro, legal assistant Victor Meneguelli.
