Veirano advised Dublin Empreendimento Imobiliário in the sale of 50% of a luxury commercial building to VBI Prime Properties

The Real Estate Investment Fund VBI Prime Properties, managed by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, has acquired 50% of a Union Faria Lima real estate project, a luxury commercial building, still in the initial construction phase, from Dublin Empreendimento Imobiliário SPE S.A.

The Veirano Real Estate team included partner Raphael Moreira Espírito Santo (pictured) and Gisela Alves de Melo Miranda.
