Veirano advises Goglio on the acquisition of Mega Embalagens
Veirano Advogados, in partnership with italian firm Pedersoli, advised Goglio on the acquisition of 51% of Mega Embalagens, with headquarters and production plant in Salvador do Sul, State of Rio Grande do Sul. DSF advised the sellers.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
Goglio, a company active in the flexible packaging sector, with plants in Italy, the Netherlands, the United States and China and sales offices located in several European countries and in Southeast Asia, further strengthens its global presence.
