Veirano advises Gran Coffee Comércio on It Coffee buyout

Brazilian law firm Veirano Advogados has advised Gran Coffee Comércio, Locação E Serviços on its acquisition of a 100-per cent stake in It Coffee Italian Coffee Comércio e Serviços for an undisclosed amount.

Sergio Bronstein of VeiranoGran Coffee Comercio Locacao e Servicos S.A. manufactures and distributes coffee vending machines, serving industries, corporate offices, call centers, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, small companies, and hotels.

Veirano’s team advising Gran Coffee Comércio, Locação e Serviços was led by Sergio Bronstein (pictured), with Thiago Mendes de Oliveira and Agnaldo Mendes.

Böing Gleich Advogados advised Carlos Augusto Teixeira and It Coffee Italian Coffee Comércio e Serviços with a team led by Marcos Gleich, Kelly Pedro and Renan Reis.
