Veirano advises investors in Belterra Series A

Veirano Advogados advised Bold.t, MOV, Rise, and Ecosia on a Series A investment round in Belterra Agroflorestas, a Brazilian company dedicated to the development and operation of agroforestry systems (SAF) and carbon credit generation. Bold.t led the round.

The transaction reflects growing investor interest in nature-based solutions and carbon markets in Brazil, where agroforestry is increasingly recognized as a scalable mechanism for combining rural productivity with climate commitments. The participation of Ecosia — the search engine known for its reforestation initiatives — alongside financial investors Bold.t, MOV, and Rise underscores the cross-sector appeal of agroforestry-linked carbon credit ventures.
