Veirano Advogados advised Netsun Tecnologia in the sale of 100% of its equity stake to Brasil Tecpar

Veirano Advogados advised Netsun Tecnologia, a São Paulo company focused on technology and digital services for the corporate market, which sold 100% of its equity interests to Brasil TecPar, a Rio Grande do Sul group of companies in the telecommunications sector.

The value of the deal is confidential, but exceeds R$ 5 million reais.
