Veirano advises on CRI issue of A! Bodytech
Veirano Advogados advised on the deal involved the issuance of 35,667 Certificates of Real Estate Receivables by Canal Companhia de Securitização, in the total amount of R$ 35,667,000 million, in a single tranche.
The issuance of the Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) was backed by real estate receivables resulting from commercial notes issued by A! Bodytech Participações.
