Veirano advises Pirelli on the acquisition of 100% of Hevea Tec

Veirano Advogados advised Pirelli on the acquisition of 100% of Hevea Tec, the biggest independent processor of natural rubber in Brazil, which was advised by Themudo Lessa Advogados.

The transaction value was EUR 21 million.

Veirano advised Pirelli and relied on lead partner Daniel Malatesta (pictured left), partners Robson G. Barreto, Guilherme Monteiro; associates Giovanna Gabriele Alvarez Perini, junior associate Izabella Andrade de Araujo and legal assistant Victor Meneguelli.

Themudo Lessa advised the shareholders of Hevea-Tec and relied on lead partner Marcos Themudo Lessa (pictured right), partner Fernanda Mattar Mesquita, associates Renato Vasconcellos de Arruda Filho and Nathália Garcia Martins.
