Veirano advises Tegra on the acquisition of Construtora São José

Veirano Advogados advised Tegra Incorporadora on the acquisition of 51% of the capital stock of São José Desenvolvimento Imobiliária 122,  owner of the right to purchase the property located in Barra da Tijuca, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, owned by AEVC RJ.

After the transaction, the target company became a JV between Tegra and Construtora São José for the development of a residential real state project.

Sellers are private individuals. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Veirano advised Tegra Incorporadora and relied on partners Rodrigo de Castro (pictured left), Maria Cecilia Vieira (pictured right), associate Erika Marinho and lawyers Thaisa Passalini and Tayná Souza.
