Veirano Advogados advised XP Inc. in the acquisition of a minority stake in Capitânia Investimentos, a fund manager with more than R$ 11 billion of assets under management

Veirano Advogados assisted XP Inc. in the acquisition of a minority stake in Capitânia Investimentos, an independent asset management company specialized in private credit, real estate and infrastructure with more than R$ 11 billion of assets under management.

Founded in 2003, Capitânia has 30 investment funds (pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, family offices), with 140 thousand different individual investors, besides more than 80 institutional investors, and has more than R$ 11 billion of assets under management.
