Veirano Advogados advised Fleury S.A. in the acquisition of 66% stake in Vita Ortopedia for BRL 136 million

Veirano Advogados advised Fleury S.A. on the acquisition (through its wholly-owned subsidiary Fleury Centro de Procedimentos Médicos Avançados SA.) of 66.7% of the capital stock of Vita Ortopedia Serviços Médicos Especializados Ltda. and Vita Clínicas Medicina Especializada Ltda., from GVORTO Gestão e Participações Ltda. The value of the deal was R$136,800,000.00.

The transaction also involves an investment to be made by Fleury for the expansion of orthopedic services in Brazil.
