Veirano Advogados advised Trusted Health LLC on the acquisition of Magrathea Laboratories Desenvolvimento de Programas Ltda.

Veirano Advogados advised Trusted Health LLC, which through its subsidiary Hitchhiker Acquisition Sub, LLC, acquired the Brazilian company Magrathea Laboratories Desenvolvimento de Programas Ltda.

Veirano Advogados relied on partner Lior Pinsky (pictured), senior associate Daniel Malatesta; associates Amanda Eulálio, Izabella Araujo, Nathalia Patrizzi.
