Veirano Advogados advised Diaverum Assistência Médica e Nefrológica Ltda. in the acquisition of all the shares issued by ACS Brasil Cirurgica Ltda, a vascular access clinic located in the city of São Paulo.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Veirano Advogados advised Diaverum with partner Renata Fialho de Oliveira (pictured) and associates Vanessa Bertonha Felicio, Beatriz Marconi.

Visintin Consultoria Corporativa advised ACS with a team formed by Silvana Visintin and Douglas Amato.
