Veirano Advogados assisted XP Investimentos S.A. in investments made in Solaise, which holds the rights of OHM Research
Veirano Advogados assisted XP Investimentos S.A. in the investment made in Solaise SA, a Swiss company which owns 99.99% of the equity rights of OHM Research (Bellevarde Consultoria e Análises de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda.)
As a result of the transaction, XP acquired an equity stake in Solaise SA equivalent to 40% of the company’s capital.
