Veirano Advogados advised Yara in the sale of its Salitre phosphate mining project to EuroChem for USD 410 million
Veirano Advogados advised the Norwegian company Yara Brasil Fertilizantes S/A in the sale of its Salitre phosphate mining project in the city of Serra do Salitre, State of Minas Gerais, to EuroChem Comércio de Produtos Químicos Ltda.
The transaction value was USD 410 million.
