Veirano and BVZ assisted the acquisition of three companies

Veirano Advogados advised the buyer and BVZ Advogados advised five of the seven sellers.

The transactions were the acquisitions by S.Oleum Brasil Agro Industrial of the companies: Acrotech Sementes e Reflorestamento, Soleá Brasil Óleos Vegetais and SMP Sementes e Mudas Florestais.

Veirano Advogados had the partner Fernando Gava Verzoni (pictured left), associates Eduarda Sordi Pinheiro Machado and Bernardo Guzinski Haas.

BVZ Advogados relied on partners Renato Vilela (pictured center) and Ivo Bari (pictured right).
