Veirano and BZCP advise on Series A financing round of Lastro
Veirano Advogados advised Prosus Ventures, as lead investor, in connection with a Series A financing round of Lastro Financial Technologies, which was advised by Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza.
he company has raised BRL 85 million in the financing round.
Veirano Advogados acted as Brazilian counsel to Prosus Ventures and relied on partner Guilherme Ohanian Monteiro (pictured left), senior associates João Pedro Zagni, Isabel Hering, associates Annalice Baldini, Eduardo Silveiro, Giulia Volante.
