Veirano Advogados advised Intertek Group and Demarest Advogados advised JLA Brasil Laboratório de Análises de Alimentos

Intertek Group – multinational supplier of Total Quality Assurance for a variety of industries worldwide – announced the acquisition of JLA Brasil Laboratório de Análises de Alimentos SA.

Veirano Advogados represented buyer Intertek with partner Lior Pinsky (pictured left) and associates Fernao Henrique Pio Rocha M. de Castro and Maria Leticia Curtolo de Goes.

Demarest Advogados represented the seller JLA and counted with partner Jose Diaz (pictured right) and associate Beatriz Dias Bistulfi.
