Veirano and Lefosse in BTG Pactual’s acquisition of LOG assets

Veirano Advogados advised BTG Pactual (BTG Pactual LOGCP Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII) on the acquisition of 2 strategic logistics assets worth approx. BRL 509 million from LOG Commercial Properties, which was advised by Lefosse.

The transaction is the third phase of the acquisitions by a logistics fund structured by BTG Pactual for acquiring assets owned, developed, and managed by LOG Commercial Properties. The first phase was concluded on May 31st, 2023 and the second phase was concluded on August 1st, 2023.

The strategic logistics assets are located in the metropolitan area of the Brazilian city of Salvador (BA) and Betim (MG) and are leased to key players in the retail, consumer goods and e-commerce markets (except for part of the asset in Salvador, which is still under construction phase). LOG will continue providing management services at the acquired properties, pursuant to the structure that had been previously agreed upon among the parties.
