Veirano and Monteiro Rusu advise on the 9th issuance of TecBan
Veirano Advogados advised the issuer and Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised the bookrunners on the 9th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of TecBan (Tecnologia Bancária), for public distribution, according to CVM 160, which was carried out by UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Santander (Brasil), as bookrunners, in the total amount of BRL 320 million.
