Veirano and Pinheiro Guimarães act on the sale of RBED11 assets
Veirano advised Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Rio Bravo Renda Educacional – FII (RBED11) on the sale of its assets, 19 real estate properties located on São Paulo/SP, São Bernardo/SP, Santo André/SP, Betim/MG, Belo Horizonte/MG, São Luís/MA and Cuiabá/MT, for the amount of BRL 367,650,000.00 to Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Rio Bravo Renda Varejo – FII.

The operation also involved the raising of funds by the Rio Bravo Renda Varejo Real Estate Investment Fund (RBVA11) through the public distribution of quotas in the amount of R$338,679,821.04. Rio Bravo Investimentos DTVM acted as lead coordinator for the offering.
