Veirano and Pinheiro Neto act on CRA issue by Planeta Securitizadora
Veirano Advogados advised Planeta Securitizadora S.A.; Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised BASF S.A.
Veirano and Pinheiro Neto acted for the issuance of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) by the securitization company Planeta Securitizadora S.A. (current name of Gaia Securitizadora S.A.), backed by agribusiness credits originated from and assigned by BASF S.A. (the German multinational chemical company and the largest chemical producer in the world).
The issue had a total value of R$370 million.
Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. was the leading coordinator of the issue.
