Veirano advised AMY Engenharia e Empreendimentos and Luymak Incorporações e Participações – Empresa de Propósitos Específicos on the sale of the offices in the HL Faria Lima building, located in Brazil’s main financial center in São Paulo.
Kinea Hedge Fund FII, managed by Intrag Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, was the buyer and was advised by PMK Advogados.
