Veirano and Tauil & Chequer act in issuance of shares of FII Caixa Agências

Veirano Advogados advised the main underwriter; Tauil Chequer acted as advisor to the administrator and custodian

Veirano Advogados advised on the structuring of FII Caixa Agências, whose objective is to make long-term real estate investments through the acquisition of bank branches owned by Caixa or real estate of any nature, such as buildings, lots, land, and others, to be subsequently leased to Caixa.

The shares were issued in a public offering registered by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), in accordance with CVM Instruction 400.

The FII raised BRL 217 million through the public offering.

The participants were Caixa Econômica Federal, as the main underwriter, Oliveira Trust, as administrator and custodian, and RB Capital, as portfolio manager.

Veirano Advogados relied on lawyers from several areas in the structuring of the FII and advising the main underwriter (Caixa Econômica Federal).
