Veirano assists Viação Cometa in issuance of commercial notes

Veirano Advogados assisted UBS BB Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Viação Cometa in its first issuance of commercial notes, in the total amount of BRL 44 million.

The net proceeds obtained by the issuers will be fully allocated to general investments in the issuer.

Veirano Advogados relied on senior associate Victor Henrique Baptistin (pictured), associate Felipe Figuerola Tenerelli and intern Victoria Magno.
