Veirano e Mattos Filho on the issuance of a CRA by Bem Brasil

Veirano and Mattos Filho advised on the issuance of 350,000 Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, in the total amount of BRL 350 million, in a single tranche.

The issuance of the CRA was backed by agribusiness receivables resulting from debentures issued by Bem Brasil Alimentos, a 100% Brazilian industry specializing in potatoes and other frozen foods, founded in 2006, and a pioneer in this field.

Their brand is leader in potato presence in Brazilian households, holding over 50% of the national market share in 2023, according to Comex Stat research. Additionally, they boast the highest purchase frequency in supermarkets, as reported by the consultancy firm Kantar.
