Veirano Advogados has announced the arrival of Heloisa do Amaral (pictured). The lawyer joins the team as a consulting partner in the Energy and Infrastructure area, bringing with her a wealth of experience in complex contracts and infrastructure projects.
With more than 20 years’ experience in national and international companies in the sector, Heloisa do Amaral has expertise in structuring and managing contracts for large-scale projects, as well as public tenders and contracts. Throughout her career, she has participated in the negotiation of partnerships and projects in various countries in South America, Central America, North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, consolidating her role in the sector.
