Vieira Rezende announces a new partner for Corporate/M&A áreas
Ricardo Mafra (pictured) is the newest partner of Vieira Rezende Advogados‘ corporate/M&A department.
Promoted from the associate team, Ricardo is specialized in corporate law, with focus on merger and acquisition transactions, corporate reorganizations and incorporation of companies. He also has experience in foreign investment in Brazil, competition law, and securities market regulation.
Besides his practice as a lawyer, he is a professor of Commercial Law at the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ).
