Vieira Rezende announces new partner to environmental area
Luciana Lanna (pictured) is the new partner in Vieira Rezende‘s environmental area. She has more than ten years’ experience in advisory and litigation law, both in environmental and mining law. She has worked with forestry concessions, complex licensing in the infrastructure sector, participated in the Water Conservancy Project, a pioneer in Payment for Environmental Services (PSA), and acted in cases with major media repercussions, such as the Fundão Dam collapse in the municipality of Mariana (MG).
Luciana has relevant knowledge of issues related to ESG practices (environmental, social and corporate governance sustainability), and in the agricultural, carbon market and environmental regularization sectors, as well as a postgraduate degree in the Legal Regime of Mineral Resources, from the Milton Campos Law School, and in Business Law from PUC-Minas.
