Vieira Rezende boosts its banking and finance practice
Vieira Rezende‘s banking & finance practice welcomes new partner Roberto Vianna R. Barros (pictured).
Based in São Paulo, he will lead the firm’s activities in capital markets, project finance, and banking areas.
Roberto has 30 years of expertise representing investment and commercial banks, as well as Brazilian and international companies in a variety of fields, including financial services and infrastructure.
Roberto advises clients on issues involving project financing, import and export financing, structured operations, asset securitization, mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions and equity and debt offerings of private and public issuers in Brazil.
He also has a solid track record with banking and capital market regulation, in particular issues involving regulatory capital of financial institutions and similar issues.
