Villemor Amaral advise Naara on land acquisitions in SP

Villemor Amaral Advogados advised Naara Longevity Residences on the acquisition of land in the Jardins, Higienópolis and Morumbi areas of São Paulo for the development of a project aimed at people over 75. For the Higienópolis development, Naara negotiated a joint venture with Tecnisa and Think Engenharia.

Naara, a holding company controlled by Joseph Meyer Nigri, specializes in real estate projects aimed at this audience.

The project was led by partners Aloísio Santini (pictured left), Eduardo Tranjan (pictured center) and Gabriel Bon de Macedo (pictured right), with the support of lawyers Vinicius Combacau de Freitas and Ana Beatriz Teixeira Jácomo de Almeida.
