Villemor Amaral advise Tate & Lyle on the acquisition of CP Kelco

Villemor Amaral jointly with Linklaters advised Tate & Lyle, a global leader in sweetening, mouthfeel and fortification, completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of CP Kelco U.S.; CP Kelco China; and CP Kelco ApS, together with each of their respective subsidiaries, including CP Kelco Brasil, a leading provider of pectin, speciality gums and other nature-based ingredients, from J.M. Huber Corporation.

The transaction value was US$1.8 billion
