Viseu Advogados created the Client Experience area with the objective of providing more attention to each client of the firm, in an individualized manner
The new Client Experience area created by Viseu Advogados will apply new practices and evaluation concepts to improve services.
For Gustavo Viseu, founding partner of the firm, the Client Experience area will bring innovation to the service. “We want to enchant our clients, to provide an experience of legal services of excellence, sophisticated and innovative,” he highlights.
“Viseu Advogados’ clients will have an institutional relationship channel whose main objective will be their satisfaction”, says Elton Amaral (pictured), recently hired head of the area, who brings to the legal market his 10 years of experience in marketing at PwC Brazil.
He explains that the work will be done based on activities such as satisfaction surveys, relationship events, and individual interviews with clients, which will be used to monitor expectations.
For Elton, the client should be the focus of the business and the lawyers’ commitment is to provide the client with an exceptional experience. “Our approach will be client-centric, we will take care of each one in a personalized way to build close and lasting relationships,” he says.
